Good Python course, solid platform

I bought the 'Complete Python Bootcamp From Zero to Hero' course last month. The checkout was smooth, I used a sitewide sale which brought it down to $12.99. The course content itself is really well structured, especially for someone new to Python like me. I liked being able to download some videos for offline viewing on my tablet. Customer support was pretty quick when I had a question about a specific coding exercise, they responded in about a day. My only minor gripe was that the certificate of completion isn't really recognized for professional accreditation, but I knew that going in. Still, good value for the price and I learned a lot.

Always reliable for new skills

Another solid course from Udemy. I picked up a 'ChatGPT and AI Prompt Engineering' course during a flash sale. I've bought quite a few courses here over the years, from web dev to graphic design. It's always the same reliable experience. Quick purchase, immediate access, and good quality instructors. They consistently have these deep discounts too, which is why I keep coming back.

Hey guys, trying to pick between a web dev course on Udemy and one on Coursera. Any thoughts on which one's better? I want something really practical.

J Julia Walsh 3 months ago
Udemy courses tend to be more project-focused, which is great for practical stuff. Coursera can be more academic sometimes.

Yeah, I've used both. For direct skill-building and something you can immediately apply, Udemy usually wins. Plus, you often own the course forever, unlike some subscription models on Coursera.

I saw a Python course I want but it's listed at like $150. Is that for real or do they always have sales?

M Mia S. 2 months ago
Oh god no, never pay full price. They have sales all the time, seriously. Wait a day or two, it'll probably be $10-$15.

Yeah, if you don't see a sale right now, clear your cookies or open an incognito window. Often just adding it to your cart can trigger a discount after a bit. Or check for instructor coupons, those are common too.
